Notice is hereby given of a Town Council meeting
to be held on Wednesday 30th January 2008 at 7.15 p.m.
in the Council Chamber, the Corn Exchange, Faringdon

Members are asked to declare any personal interest and the nature of that interest which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting during Item 2. Please refer to notes following last item on this Agenda.

4. Matters Arising
5. Public Question Time
Questions will normally be restricted to one from each member of public, or a maximum of three per meeting. Written notice of questions must be received by the Clerk at least 3 working days before the meeting.
6. Public Speaking Time
7. Precept 2008/09
To receive recommendations of Finance Committee meeting held on 23rd January 2008 and suggestions from the Town Meeting held on 28th January 2008. Copies of Draft Precept figures for each Committee and Direct Council Expenditure, as recommended by the Finance Committee, are enclosed. To avoid confusion, please destroy those previously issued.
